Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping service and destination. Carrier delays may occur.

Tracking
For orders shipped with tracking, tracking details will be provided once available.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. For address corrections, delayed deliveries, or items that arrive damaged, contact us promptly at delrioj088@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
